Pricing
Our goal is to provide blue-chip CMO capability along with excellence in execution, in bite sized pieces which fit your budget.
Every project is individually priced. We provide a 30% discount for non profit organizations.
Here is our approach to costing and a range for each type of service.

After an initial conversation about the project, we estimate the number of hours it will take to complete. My rate is $300 per hour.
Any additional service fees are added in without markup. For example, if the project requires fielding market research, there may be a cost per respondent. If special graphics are required, that cost will be added.
You receive the quote with the deliverables, timetable, and estimated hours/service fees, and we revise as needed to fit your budget.
Once the quote is accepted, work begins. It is our goal to have no more than two clients at any one time so we can provide focused attention on each.
Payment is billed 50% upfront upon acceptance of the quote and 50% upon completion.
If the scope changes or new deliverables are added, we will communicate that in writing and we will agree before you incur any more costs.
The table below gives a range of hours for each type of project. The low end of the range assumes more independent work by your team versus the higher end where we have a more hands-on role.
